Saints Row Boss Factory is a weird demo that lets you test custom character creation on the next reboot.
Announced at Summer Games Fest, the demo is available for free download now on Xbox, PlayStation, and the Epic Games Store. “Boss Factory lets you pinch and tuck your Boss however you want,” reads a press release.
“In addition to outfits, hair, shoes, accessories, and body options, asymmetrical face customization is included for the very first time so you can truly let your creativity run wild. Players also have the option choose from one of eight voice options for their Boss, and can choose from loads of emotes to add that extra flair.”
The best part is the fact that if you’re happy with the designs you come up with, you can save and use them when Saints Row launches on August 23.
You can also head over to the game’s official website to check out other players’ creations, and if you choose to share one, you’ll get two free helmets to use in-game. And you can edit any creations you download from Boss Factory hub.
Besides creating your character, that’s all for Saints Row Boss Factory, although it looks like there are a lot of options on offer. So at least it will be something to tinker with until the game launches.
