Since 2009, the IAM 300 strategy has served as an essential tool for those looking to identify intellectual property professionals – whether corporate, legal or advisory – who excel at creating and deploying strategies designed to maximize the value of intellectual property . To ensure that the Directory continues to provide authoritative and up-to-date guidance, we once again call on the IP community to be involved in the nomination process.
We seek to identify candidates across the spectrum of intellectual property strategies – from private practice lawyers and corporate counsel, to NPE aggregators and executives, to economists, consultants and institutional professionals. of research. If they have a proven track record of expertise in using IP to increase bottom lines or creating value in other ways, then we want to hear about it.
To be considered for inclusion in the guide, an applicant must receive a minimum of three nominations from outside the organization in which they work. Those who reach this threshold will be added to our long list. Shortlisted individuals will then be contacted and asked to provide background information that they believe supports their application. After reviewing this information and the results of our own research, the I AM the team will choose the people to be included in the IAM 300 strategy 2022.
Self-nominations and nominations from people working in the same organization as the applicant will not be accepted.
